· Assist in developing procurement plans aligned with production targets.

· Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging supplies, maintenance spare parts, equipment, and other necessary items required for coffee production, ensuring the correct quality, best obtainable price, and on-time delivery.

· Proactively collaborate with the planning and production teams to analyze current and future requirements, forecast demand, and align procurement activities with production objectives.

· Manage the procurement of external services such as landscaping, laundry, and industrial cleaning for the factory facility.

· Source and evaluate new and current suppliers' capabilities, negotiate contracts, and develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective procurement.

· Research and stay up to date with market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for cost savings and negotiate favorable contract terms.

· Monitor supplier performance, address quality/ delivery/ service issues, and work to optimize profitability and financial objectives.

· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the warehouse staff.

· Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to procurement and warehouse operations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

· Implement and maintain effective and accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts to minimize stock-outs, and resolve any discrepancies.

· Maintain detailed records of all procurement and warehouse activities and prepare regular reports for management.

· Attend required training to stay updated on warehouse best practices and safety procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Supervisor.

Education/ Training Qualifications

·     Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

·     03+ years of experience in a similar role in procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the food/beverage industry.

·     Experience working in a food manufacturing environment, with warehouse management experience preferred.

Knowledge of:

·     Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory management best practices.

·     Demonstrate extensive knowledge in food manufacturing materials & equipment is a plus.
