Organize search and evaluation suppliers according to company procedures
Unify needs, planning purchasing and supply for company
Organize and participate in supplier evaluation
Carry out buying/selling procedures according to the process, analyze data to make optimal negotiation proposals
Coordinate with relevant functional departments (Legal, Accounting,...) to prepare, monitor, and update the contract
Create, update and manage buying/selling database
Participate in related improvement projects
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
University/College degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
Have relevant experience from 3 to 5 years in purchasing of logistics, raw materials for production
Honesty, responsibility.
Have a proactive working attitude, coordinate well with related departments.
Ability to work independently/in a team and work under pressure.
