Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes for our solar energy projects. This role reports to the Procurement Manager and is also responsible for project contract management and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the solar energy industry.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Vendor sourcing and management.
• Contract negotiation.
• Support project execution by collaborating with other departments on contract management, translation, and other tasks.
• Participate in project bidding and assist the technical department in cost estimation.
• Delivery and after sales support for the site team
• Assist to KPI system set up for vendor.
• Support in composing Procurement SOP and other document templates
• Manage supplier relationships.

2. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Electrical Engineering.
• Fluency in English or Chinese.
• Experienced in commercial negotiation and contracting
• Good communication with stakeholders both internally and externally
