The Product Assistant position will distribute and support the Product Manager in tracking and analyzing merchandise for the two brands Calvin Klein and Karl Lagerfeld:
Monitor, support and complete customs documents related to imported goods
Work closely with operations to receive new shipments, to detect and to solve defect products
Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Support in developing short and long term inventory plan.
Support documents, allocations and reports related to promotions, markdown, sale events..
Support e-commerce channels on product related issues
Support Product Manager in request
Job Requirement
1- 3 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
Excellent in communication both English & Vietnamese
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
