I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

* Market Research and Analysis:

• Conducting thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

* Product Strategy Development:

• Collaborating with product development teams to define product features and benefits based on market insights.
• Developing strategies to position products effectively in the market and differentiate them from competitors.

* Go-to-Market Planning:

• Creating comprehensive go-to-market plans that outline product launch strategies, pricing, promotion, and distribution tactics.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product management) to execute plans effectively.

* Marketing Campaign Management:

• Designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (online ads, social media, email, etc.) to drive product awareness and sales.
• Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results.

* Sales Enablement:

• Collaborating with sales to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.

* Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and ROI of marketing activities.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to management to inform strategic decisions.

* Brand Management:

• Ensuring consistent brand messaging and product positioning across all marketing channels.
• Protecting and enhancing the company's brand reputation through effective communication and marketing efforts.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge:

• University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
• Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).

Skills:

• Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving

• Adaptability and flexibility.

Experience:

• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role in E-commerce
• Preferably working experience in e-commerce
• Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
• Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
