A, Product Development:

1. Leading the product projects and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to deliver products (or product packages), including:

• Execute market research and analysis regarding competitors' product features;
• Co-ordinate to define product value proposition and product commercial design;
• Determine and define project scope and objectives;
• Identify schedule, manage and track the project plan;
• Estimate the project budget and manage project costs to meet the budget;
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify risks and risk mitigation actions;
• Report project outcomes and/or project risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary to seek management advice;
• Manage the project team by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

2. Providing support as Product Owner in Product-related tasks.

B, Product Monitoring:

• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to consolidate:

+ Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching;

+ Possible impacts on existing products (regulatory impacts, risk impacts, financial impacts, etc.);

+ Sales report on revenue, product mix, profit, and other criteria depending on business needs.

• Co-ordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issues (if any) and to propose solutions;
• Manage follow-up actions to resolve issues.

• Qualification: University degree (or above) in finance, business, computer science or equivalent
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in product/project management in the Life Insurance industry
• Certification: Certifications in Project Management / Product Management / Product Owner from certified professional bodies, or LOMA certifications
• Language: Good at English and Vietnamese
