As a Product Specialist, you will be the expert on Ly Gia Vien's product portfolio, providing in-depth knowledge and support to the sales team and customers. You'll play a crucial role in educating the sales team about product features and benefits, assisting with technical demonstrations, and ensuring customers understand the value our products bring to their businesses.

Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Ly Gia Vien's product portfolio, including features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.

Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in presenting and demonstrating products to customers, addressing technical questions, and overcoming objections.

Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new and existing products, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to sell effectively.

Content Development: Contribute to the development of product-related marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage industry, Food Science, Nutrition, Business

Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva, and other Presentation tools.

Passion for food and beverage and a desire to educate others.

Strong technical knowledge of food and beverage products.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
