• Develop a purchasing plan based on production requirements and input from various departments. Issue purchase orders in accordance with the established plan and order Tracking
• Liaise with vendors.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with production planning to align orders with production schedules.
• Input received goods data into the system accurately.
• Organize and store purchase-related documents systematically.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstock or stockouts. Regularly update and reconcile inventory records with physical stock.
• Oher jobs and support other departments when instructed by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Solve problems that arise in the working process.

• Graduated from College & above, major in Economic/Foreign Trade or related field.
• At least 1 year experience as the same position.
• Good at listening, speaking and writing in English.
• Good communication and teamwork spirit.
• Withstand high work pressure.
• Can start to work after Tet holiday.
