About this role:
This role is responsible for assisting Production Manager in developing a consolidated forecast, production plans, managing seasonal & monthly production schedules to optimize production efficiency, meet customer demands & the Roastery requirements.

1. Key Accountabilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling

• Develops and monitors production plans and schedules to deliver against manufacturing budgets, including inventory accuracy, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, and other productivity targets.
• Analyze sales forecasts, production capacity, market trends, and customer demands to accurately anticipate production requirements.
• Build and maintain reports related to forecast, demand plan, and production data.

Resource Allocation

• Allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
• Ensure that production lines are staffed adequately and that equipment is utilized properly.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and report on deviations in actual versus planned inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Build and maintain reports related to forecast, demand plan, and production data.
• Coordinate with Procurement team to order materials as needed.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, such as reducing production costs, enhancing productivity, and optimizing production flow.
• Verify historical data accuracy, define root cause impacting forecast accuracy, and propose initiatives for improvement.
• Implement improvement initiatives in production planning processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to changing business needs.

2. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information System/ Supply Chain, or other applicable fields.
• 03+ years of working experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Knowledge of production planning principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Able to demonstrate strong numerical capability with a passion for detailed analysis.
• Understanding of Manufacturing challenges and manufacturing performance leverage is a plus.
• Proficiency in using production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Working location: Ba Ria - Vung Tau (Provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City)
