- Manage the Production activities by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving
and coordinating with other functions for smooth and effective productions.
- Manage all issues related production (Safety, Production activities, Productivity, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and other KPI...) in the responsible working shift.
- Monitor the implementation of safety regulations and guidance.
- Implement the guidance from top managements on strategy/ planning related to output/ productivity and headcount.
- Make sure all employees in the responsible shift strictly follow up the standard of procedure.
- Examine and propose improvements in efficiency for the production line.
- Make sure delivery high quality and lower cost parts to customer on time.
- Daily meeting with all relevant team to report the production situation of previous day and make plan and set goal for daily production.
- Participate and make the Production planning daily/ weekly/ monthly.
- Daily communication and E-mail about any production issue.
- Graduated university/ college in some relevant technical majors like the mechanical, electricity, automation, material science, industrial management…
- Have above 3 years of experience working in the production environment at least, especially in the same role.
- Good ability in trouble shooting with respect to production related issues: safety, quality, productivity, output, manpower arrangement, production planning.
- Ability to initiate the continuous improvement process-CIP in the production floor in terms of safety, quality, productivity, overall equipment efficiency(OEE).
- Being used to work in the automotive field is an advantage.
- Have knowledge on the quality management system of IATF 16949 and total productive maintenance TPM.
- Good mindset of 5S and safe working environment.
- Team work and co-operations across functional departments are a must.
- English requirement: can listen, speak, read, write well.
- Working time: working in shifts (3 shifts: shift 1: 06:00 am to 14:00, shift 2: 14:00 to 22:00, shift 3: 22:00 to 06:00 am) from Monday to Saturday (have 2 Saturdays off in a month).
