Job Description

A. OBJECTIVES

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

A. FUNCTIONS & DUTIES

- Coordinating, following the progress of all project, status of project and report directly to General Manager.

- Deploy client’s request to project team and check the implementation of relevant Dept. (after site meeting)

- Co-ordinate with Engineers, Purchaser, Business Development Dept. as well as Client to make clear client’s queries and meet their requirement (if any).

- Partaking meeting with Client periodically or immediately.

- Other tasks as required from the Manager/ GM.

Job Requirement

A.    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION

-  Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

-  Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in infrastructure, access control systems, server rooms, or related fields.

-  Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

-  Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-   Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, internal technical teams (both experienced professionals and technicians), and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.

-   Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
