We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Project Sales Supervisor (Construction Chemical) to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Supervisor responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products,we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
1. Customer relationship management
• Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
• Accountable for building and coordinating relationships on many levels between customers organization, Developers, Consultants, ID contractors, Maincons, Subcons and Saint-Gobain as well as other stakeholders.
• Accountable for pipelines, leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets" (TA/TG/CC & new categories if any)
• Accountable for developing SGB position in his/her customer base or market area
• Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the entire SGB sales team (e.g.cross-selling).
• Manage and make sales forecast
• Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of SGB team
• Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
2. Sell
• Accountable for pipelines, leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
• Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
• Maintains full information on opportunities, tasks and visits.
