Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for payment: PR, get all docs signed by managers, scan docs for filling

• Scanning contracts, payment documents for team

• Checking contracts (if needed)

• Mailing, receiving, following up with purchasing contracts, supporting docs, make sure to have a full set of documents for each transaction.

• Order stuff online in need.
