Assist subordinates in reaching their individual goals.
Analyze and resolve departmental issues to meet targets in delivery, inventory management, costs, staffing, and vendor relations.
Negotiate supplier agreements, including long-term contracts.
Serve as the liaison for the purchasing department, coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, vendors, other orporate workplaces...) to accomplish objectives.
Provide training and groom successors within the department

Graduate University
TOEIC score >700 or JLPT N2
5 years of experience in purchasing and supplier management
Proficient in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.
