- We are still looking for an experienced QUALITY CONTROL/ ASSURANCE MANAGER (QC/QA Manager) who looks for a stable and long-term job in a competitive environment to work in the QC/QA Department in HWASEUNG RACH GIA (KIEN GIANG). You will report directly to the Vice Director of Operations and also works with the General Director of the company on strategic, HR and organizational matters. You will also have managed relations with our key sub-contractors and handled other outside parties (outside quality inspection companies, testing labs,…).
- Main responsibilities of a QC/QA Manager is to work on quality of our products from the fabric knitting process, fabric processing, fabric cutting and sewing, packing until shipping process, which would be a GOOD OPPORTUNITY for candidates who LOVE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT COMPLETE PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF FOOT WEAR.
- Ensure that the company’s products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customers. The QC/QA Manager will work from the beginning of the product development and design, work with purchasing, the design office and the IE/Spec departments, assure sufficient inline inspections and conduct an inspection of the final product to make sure it is compliant with the customer expectations, the quality policies of the company as well as all legal standards. He will supervise the quality through all production steps (design, purchasing, knitting, fabric processing, cut & sew and shipping);
- The QC/QA Manager will also take main responsibility for working with outside processors, subcontractors, suppliers, laboratories and other outside parties in respect of quality related questions;
Have knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and applications for quality;
Be responsible for company audits in regards of QC/QA department;
Other jobs as required by the Management of Company;

- WORKING AT HWASEUNG RACH GIA (KCN Thạnh Lộc, H. Châu Thành, Kiên Giang)
- Intermediate or higher graduation.
- Experience from 5-10 years or more in FOOT WEAR.
- Honest, progressive, eager to learn
- Candidates with experience.
- Good English 4 skills.
