Key Accountabilities:
Ensure the store serving customers to ensure food safety & hygiene and product quality standards at Highlands Coffee stores through auditing Quality Management System (QMS)
Train food safety & hygiene for newcomer of Highlands Coffee stores.
Attend training sessions from other departments and company
Submit all weekly reports on time
Join weekly meeting of team on time
Support NPD & MKT in launching new products at the store
Support District Manager’s group related to food safety & hygiene, product standard, Certificate of Analysis document…
Job Requirement
Education/ Training Qualifications: College Degree or higher, English language a plus
Experience: At least 1 year experiences in Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) field
