JOB BRIEF
Mission: Quality Assurance Manager ensures factory procedures and quality standards are established and monitored to meet customer requirements on quality with optimization cost.
Vision: Create a quality satisfaction to customer by controlling; improving procedures throughout in quality management system (QMS).
Strategy: Maximizing internal competence advantages of system by enhancing QMS specified procedures; standards; metrics; analysis and corrective actions compliance with ISO 9001_2000, IATF 16949
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain and improve QMS system comply with ISO 9001_2000 system
- Provide methods to prevent problems arising during production procedures, conduct problem analysis, error evaluation, problem solving, co-operate with relevant departments to implement countermeasure, follow problem solving clearly.
- Develop plan, set up goals for quality, instruct to departments manager for implementation.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Assessing customer and supplier requirements and ensuring that these are met.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information and monitoring performance.
- Customer complaint and feedback.
- Identification gap compare with system and improvement opportunities.
- Build a working environment professional, civilized, friendly and motivate employees to have good spirit and attitude.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Other responsibilities are assigned by management board (if any).
