- Developing new customers through new phone calls and emails. Sales to industrial parks - Create sales and business plans - Proposal sales tailored to customer needs - Follow up with existing customers - Negotiate with equipment installation companies - Negotiate with in-house engineers - Business trip to Hanoi once a month.

- Bachelor's degree - Have at least 3 years of new business development sales experience (Related facilities. For example air conditioning, electrical etc ) - Have experience in negotiating with managers (department heads) - English: Upper-Intermediate Level
