Tittle: Quantity Surveyor (senior)

Job description:

1. Have his/her own data base of suppliers, sub-contractors, applicators

2. Presenting products and giving solutions to the main contractors

3. Being able to use DWG drawings/ help technical team in some urgent cases

4. Reporting to project managers/ director.

Selection criteria:

1.     Back ground: engineering university, good at finishing materials: PU, Epoxy, ESD flooring, Vinyl floor, Tiles, Stone, stone veneer

2.     Required skills and abilities:

a.     Being able to learn more new materials,

b.     Being good at communication, having the ability to work under pressure

c.      At least intermediate level of oral and written communication skills in English

d.     Negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with people of a different culture

e.     Responsibility, discipline

f.       Being able to research, analyze and report accurately and concisely

g.     Being able to listen & learn from what sounds different from what he/she may knows

3.     Experience: at least 2-3 years in QS.
