l Find the prospect clients, business owners to expand their business, and investors to buy or sell commercial real estates.
l Proactively initiate cold calls and use social media to identify prospects for commercial real estate service needs (lease, buy, or sale).
l Build a good relationship with the client, follow up on leads, and successfully close deals.
l Research and find properties to suit with clients and investors business needs.
l Consistently maintain and update customer database accurately.
l Manage and work via email with the other agents, and communicate with customers and investors.
l Some other admin tasks such as: email blast properties, marketing brochure.
