Do the guidance and registration for guests entering building
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area tidily and presentably, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
Oversee main lobby to ensure the cleanliness and facilities/equipment are in order and in good condition
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveri
Record, report and follow up feedbacks from tenants with the relevant departments
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access the reception counter (monitor logbook)
Set access for tenants’ card upon the Building Management’s approval
