Job Description

* Summary: The Recruitment Execxutive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that the company hires qualified candidates who align with the organization’s culture and goals.

* Performance objectives:

1. Recruitment

  • Recruitment identification: Coordinate with Department Managers & Recruitment Team to verify necessary knowledge, skills and competencies abilities needed for each job opening.
  • Job posting and advertising: Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize different channels to source potential candidates, including available database, referrals, social media platforms and networking.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate assessment: Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Selection and offering: Conduct background check for qualified candidate and propose suitable offering package that competitive compared to external and internal benchmark.

2. Onboarding

  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collect and file new hire’s documents and coordinating orientation sessions.

3. Report

  • Maintain and update recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities to management by weekly and daily.

4. Process maintenance and continuous improvement:

  • Ensure that the recruitment process complies with internal policy and legal requirements.
  • Continuously seek for process improvement in all recruitment activities where necessary to gain better productivity as expected from the company.

5. Support other tasks as assigned by HR Manager

Job Requirement

* Requirements:

  • Good in English communication 4 skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • High responsible, high EQ, result-oriented and open minded.
  • Self – directed, critical thinking, proactive and creative
  • Ability to work independent and as part of a team.
