Responsibilities

• Proactively arrange the space for each shipment on first carrier, send space request to the hub to get the connecting flights and release the booking confirm to the customer as requested.
• Input the accurate information on Airlines system as per SOP.
• Maintain and develop relationships with the space control/Revenue Management to secure the connecting flight for DAD station.
• Provide the exact information to the space control at hub when the shipment has delayed/revised/cancelled aim to be not impacted on their loading plan.
• Discussing and resolving the complaints/issues from the customers/ the involved stations and escalate the Sales Lead in case of out of plan/control.
• Take good care all of regular customers about the services, schedule of each shipment.
• Strictly follow all of daily tasks such as controlling Airway bill stock; providing the exact booking list to Operation team; track and trace the actual status of shipment;
• Control all of issue costs during making arrangement the space and handling cargo (storage, extra fee, customs…) as per the policy.
• Correctly input the buying and selling rates of each shipment on Cargo Sales Report to provide weekly to Sales Lead.
• Develop sales in-door and support Sales Team/Manager.
• Save the origin docs per month and secure data safety and exactly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Working at: DA NANG OFFICE | 2nd Floor, ADCC Building,152 Duy Tan St., Hai Chau Dist., Da Nang City, Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder.
• Have good knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic, Logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic.
• Priority for candidates have IATA Certificates.
• Good in English skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
