We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking Sales (Inbound) Associate who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.

What you’ll do

• Sales and lead sourcing: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved;
• Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner;
• Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;
• Collaborating with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality;
• Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide key learnings, feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity), actionable insights and actions are needed to support the growth of your department.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
• Min 2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
• Good sense with product flow  & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;
• Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;
• Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
