• Supporting to receive Purchase order and input to ERP system.

• Preparing Quotation, Sales contract, Office documents.

• Supporting to administrative works for internal. Follow and report the implementation of company announcements, regulations… to manager.

• Suporting Sales team for promoting new products, marketing compaign by using advertising tool, preparing content and providing new idea.

• Inventory management: monitor inventory, coordinate with other departments for timely replenishment, track shipment. Ensure accurate stock level and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

• Support Manager in admin task : booking hotel for bussiness travel, meeting arranging,..

• 02 years experience at least in relevant job.

• Fluently in English

• Hard working, dynamic, patient. Good communication skill.

• Good at computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
