Job Description

  • Negotiation and Communication Skills with Customers (Required)
  • Accompanying sales representatives on customer visits and overseeing factory quality control (both within Vietnam and internationally)
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and suppliers.
  • Creating quotations (checking products, pricing, calculating duties, delivery costs, etc.)
  • Following up and updating production status and vessel schedules to customers.
  • Receiving and responding to all requests, and claims from customers after sales.
  • Resolving technical issues at customer sites related to our products.
  • Managing tasks and providing daily reports.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Passion for work and international deals.
  • University Graduate.
  • Microsoft Skills is required
  • Good at English and knowing Chinese is preferred
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Meticulous and agile working style.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in sales admin (Experience in a Sofa manufacturing company is a plus).
  • Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 16:45) and 2 Saturdays per month
  • Shuttle bus from Aeon Mall Binh Duong to Bau Bang
