Role Description
The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring the sales pipeline following our company’s service quality standard throughout the sales process.
Responsibility
● Assist with communicating and following up with potential clients using specific sales scripts, email templates, and company service quality standards.
● Coordinate and schedule demo sessions for potential clients.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement pre-sales customer service initiatives, such as creating trial accounts and gathering feedback.
● Developing and managing sales kits for strategic sales meetings.
● Optimize and streamline the sales pipeline to ensure efficient follow-up, timely closure, and adherence to service quality standards.
