3. Sắp xếp tài liệu phân phối, gửi và thu thập mẫu, đĩa CD, khảo sát khách hàng ...

To arrange & distribute documents, sending & collecting samples, CDs, survey satisfied customer...

4. Cập nhật và lưu trữ tất cả dữ liệu Bán hàng (Ví dụ: Đơn hàng, giao hàng, thanh toán, khiếu nại, khảo sát khách hàng ...)

5. To update and record all the Sales data (eg: Order, Deliveries, Payments, Complaints, Survey Satisfaction of customers...)

6. Trả lời các câu hỏi và theo dõi việc giao hàng.

Answering enquiries & follow-up on deliveries.

7. Theo dõi các khoản thanh toán của khách hàng.

To follow up customer payment.

8. Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất, QA, Cửa hàng, ... để điền đầy đủ các yêu cầu công việc.

To coordinate with Production, QA, Store, etc., to full fill the job requirements.

9. Chuẩn bị báo cáo hàng tháng và báo cáo các đơn hàng hiện tại.

Prepare monthly stock & outstanding order reports.

10. Hỗ trợ xử lý và điều phối việc bán hàng

To assist in the processing and coordinating of sales department.

11. Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ nào khác liên quan đến công việc và bất kỳ nhiệm vụ nào khác được giao bởi cấp trên.

Any other duties which are relevant to the job & any other duties assigned by his/her immediate superior.

Experienced in Sales & Business & Marketing for at least 1 year.
