We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Digital executive to support our growing sales team in HCM should not limit the area

● Lead Research and Identification: 20%

○ Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and partners using various channels, including Salesforce, Google Play Store, Data.ai, and internal referrals.

○ Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and app metrics (downloads, active users).

○ Maintain an organized database of leads and their status.

● Outreach and Engagement: 20%

○ Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, and social media.

○ Craft compelling messages that highlight the value proposition of our app acquisition program.

○ Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and sales representatives.

● Sales Support: 40%

○ Assist sales representatives in preparing for client meetings and presentations.

○ Gather and organize relevant information and materials.

○ Track and update sales pipeline data in Salesforce.

● Administrative Tasks:20%

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.

○ Generate reports on lead generation and sales performance.

○ Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

• ●     Fluency in English and Vietnamese: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential.

  ●     Digital background 

• ●     Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite: Comfortable using Google workspace.

• ●     Proactive and Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.

  ●     Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  ●     Experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.
