We is building First Premium comprehensive Health Check-up Center (specialized in Gene & Cancer Diagnostics) and Commercial Laboratory in Hanoi.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Health Check-up Center and Commercial Lab to lead sales efforts for comprehensive health check-up services and commercial lab solutions. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth through partnerships with corporations, insurance companies, hospitals, and clinics.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for health check-up services and commercial lab solutions.
- Identify and build partnerships with corporate clients, insurance providers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including corporate health programs, insurance companies, and medical professionals.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to optimize sales strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and lab management to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market analysis to senior leadership.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and expand business networks
