Meet owners / developers and M&E consultants to present solution of HVAC system
Follow up with customers’ feedback to give advice on technical specifications
Make proposal for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance
Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system.
Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, delivery and fulfillment schedule
Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects
Prepare sales and order forecast and reports
Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue
Report to C&C Manager.

Background: University degree of HVAC, understanding Control system.
Experience of HVAC and basic knowledge of Chiller is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conversation measures.
Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owner, Developer, M&E contractor/consultant
Good capability of all English skills
At least 4 years experience
