Job Description

  • Finds and approaches new customers.
  • Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers.
  • Make an action plan for each month.
  • Checks the quality of samples after receiving composition from R&D department, develops/improves new products together with the team leader and R&D staff.
  • Supports techniques to customers accompanying with R&D staff/director/vice director or alone as customers' request.
  • Responsibly deals with customer complaints.
  • Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Reports sales results to the team leader.
  • Arranges to send samples to customers with an instruction sheet.
  • Prepares and submits necessary documents to customers as their request.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated university with a Food Major
  • Communicate well in English (4 skills of speaking, listening, reading & writing)
  • At least 3-year experience in an equivalent position (if having knowledge of food additives will be priority)
  • Working time: from 8:00am~17:00pm (5 days per week)
  • Transportation from HCM--Binh Duong--HCM
