Hunting for new business, prospects, research and development of new customers.
Conducting and evaluating customers surveys ,resolve customer service situations
Knowledge the unique selling points about outlets product awarenes. Manage training program for team.
Responsible for directing and education the team in daily event with the goal of providing customers with excellent quality products and service.
Managing the development and performance of all team members.
Represent the company in a professional manner and will fulfill any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
Maintain a profitable and reputable. Monitoring and managing sales growth.
Working with Outlet Manager to improve service in the outlets base on guest comments.
Working with COO to generate sales volume growth.
Sales plan, new product for the market segments & executive them.
Setting monthly sales forecasts. Producing monthly business reports.
Sales & Marketing plan strategies in term of market segments. Recommendations for promotions.
Analyzing business results and market situations.
Work with Marketing team to develops and implements the Marketing Plan which includes a Events Plan, data Gathering.
Responsible for optimizing occupancy and capacity management of outlets.
Strategizes and implements promotional programs and all packages that serve particular business objectives (food & beverage promotions, event packages).
Set, propose, and pursue sales targets, budgeted revenues for all outlets .
Ensuring all operational and personnel paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time.
Manage and guide, motivating team to maintain and serve consistent quality products every time.
Job Requirement
At least 01 year experience in similar position in F&B/Hospitality Industry
At least Senior College graduation in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
