Job Description

You will be responsible for sales of Product Testing and Compliance Services including but not limiting to Food, Beverage, Cosmetic products, personal protection health &beauty within the Food Health Beauty (FHB) Business Line of Product Services Division​.

  • Responsible for the profit and loss of TÜV SÜD Vietnam FHB Business line
  • Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets of assigned portfolio and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
  • Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets
  • Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
  • Lead local sales team to achieve sales team KPI set by management.
  • Work closely with operational team to develop local unique selling points which are to ensure delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales.
  • Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
  • Remuneration is including fixed base salary in combination with sales incentive scheme

Job Requirement

  • Minimum a Degree in relevant subject (Business, Commerce) or with at least 5 years of sales management experience in B2B environment preferably gained in an international organisation
  • Experience in either T.I.C (Testing. Inspection. Certification) industry or B2B Food based industry is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders
  • Candidate with acquisition of technical experience in lab testing is also considered as another major advantage. 
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers
  • Resourceful and fast learner.
