1. Sales Management
- Coordinate and work with others departments about promotion programs, events, company activities to drive sales target achievement and ensure all promotion programs are completed and accurate
- Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales
- Analyze sales data (employee, customer, sales amount, sales money, store area, cost…), forecast future sales and suggest the action plan to get the highest target
2. Store Operations Management:
- Manages all store operational issues, co-ordinate with other department to ensure smooth and effective store’s operations
- Ensures all property, facilities and equipments are in good condition and well maintained
- Check and maintain working standards follow by Operations manual
3. Merchandise:
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
4. Customer Service:
- Focus on customer care activities to improve services and care to customer.
- Feedback all questions, complaints from customers in store.
5. People Management:
- Recruit and train key personnel for operation and sales team.
- Monitor the implementation of procedures, policies, regulations of company by staff
- Set up and execute the performance evaluation standards of store/employee.
- Control and encourage all employees’ working spirit at stores.
