Job description:

• Learn and become familiar with NCH products and practices to present high quality products and facilitate customer adoption.
• Understand customers' operational needs and propose NCH products or services to assist customers in completing their operations economically, efficiently, and environmentally.
• Develop new customers and conduct customer relationship management to effectively promote NCH products and develop business
• Play an important role among company, customers, and market to accurately deliver our brand value and high quality product information
• Implement the company business sales plan and strategy to achieve business goals and market share
• On time, join and complete all the prescribed indoor and outdoor sales technical and online training (LMS).

This position will report to the sales manager, with a dotted line reporting to the regional sales manager.
Working location: HCMC

Job requirements

- A college or University Diploma/ Degree is a MUST. A degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, mechanical, etc.), science (biology, chemistry, etc.), or marketing would be preferred.

- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Vietnamese and English.

- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.

• Ability to work flexible schedules.

• Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to work in industrial environment involving chemicals, noise etc.

- Must be in good physical ability to meet various job requirements at different customer site.
