The Sales Cabinet will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers at assigned market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including researching potential customers and building a strong sales pipeline.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the market, including importers, distributors, and retailers worldwide.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including marketing, production, logistics, and customer services.
Consistently updating and analyzing sales activities and the market landscape, which includes market size, market share, route to market, product analysis, and competitor analysis.
Developing a sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plywood or building materials industry or MNC.
English & Mandarin required.
Experience in working with Chinese customers will be a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Knowledge of other languages would be advantageous for communicating with customers globally.
