Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for order values, market share improvement, booked margin, CRM updates and down payment collection for cash flow
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons
- Formulate and develop sales and product strategies, promotion and action plan to grow its business by increasing new equipment sales and market share
- Conduct market research and industry data analysis following HOD’s instruction
- Accountable for precise and timely reporting of the work done according to the process
- Prospect new customers and develop existing customers
- Develop business network with developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants, building designers, architects)
- Provide advice on OTIS products and service, specifications and value engineering possibilities & OTIS differentiation
- Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio with high probability booking
- Prepare tender/quotation, submission and follow-up until project is secured
- Prepare business forecast monthly report with accuracy and commit for actual bookings
- Maintain good rapport with local authorities and business associates
- Ensure quality sales and timely handover of NE order documents to Sales Engineering Support and Construction Departments
- Comply to OTIS internal procedures, adherence to Business Ethics, Safety and Internal Controls
