Purpose

• The main role is to support administrative tasks related to Sales team.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide customers/ representatives with all kinds of required information (prices, lead-times, market information).
• Assist Sales/ Account Manager in all kinds of administrative work (reports, correspondence, customer database maintenance, statistics).
• Maintain database and system related to the Sales team.
• Monitor pending projects related to the Sales team.
• Initiate follow up of offers & orders.
• Communicate regularly for both internal and external related to sales support activities.
• Perform special projects as may be required (maintain customer information, clerical support, organizational and high level meetings).

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2 or more years’ experience in sales administration, sales support or in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Possess initiative, proactive and ability to multitask.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• English communication.
