Maintain the database and ensure parents/students/teachers data is up-to-date to meet regulatory requirements.
Extract data from school’s database matching various templates while ensuring compliance with MOET/DOET/ACCREDITATION standards.
Prepare reports and documentation for accreditation purposes.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data (Design survey form, input data…).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
Experience in academic administration is a plus.
