We are seeking a Category Lead or Senior Account Manager with a strong track record in leading complex, multi-channel campaigns. In this strategic role, you will drive end-to-end influencer marketing campaign including planning and execution, foster high-level client relationships, oversee budget management, and deliver actionable post-campaign insights. As the primary point of contact for the client’s division, you will ensure campaigns meet their business objectives while providing strategic counsel to optimize performance and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Influencer Marketing Campaign Deployment:
- Lead the overall strategy and detailed execution of integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure flawless execution aligned with client objectives.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and opportunities to ensure smooth, efficient campaign launches.
- Client Leadership & Consultation:
- Serve as the senior liaison between the agency and key client stakeholders, delivering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to expert for the client’s division.
- Provide clear and actionable reporting, regularly presenting performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Take full ownership of the campaign budget, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Closely monitor financial metrics, providing regular forecasts and ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value to the client.
- Collaborate with the finance team for accurate billing and financial reconciliation.
- Post-Campaign Analytics & Insights:
- Lead comprehensive post-campaign analyses, transforming data into actionable insights and future-forward strategies.
- Present detailed post-campaign reports that go beyond numbers, focusing on actionable takeaways that can drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with clients to define next steps and build longer-term strategies based on learnings.
- Client Growth & Strategic Development:
