Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Identify and build profitable new business opportunities in the Manufacturing sector through developing new business accounts. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers to approach and undertake new business sales calls to secure new business. Develop financial data of potential and existing business wins and be responsible for maintaining an extensive customer database through regular sales visits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a new business prospect listing through the necessary market research and network

• Develop new business for the organization through approaching new customers, as defined and set out in the Company’s KPI

• Conduct frequent follow-ups with prospective clients

• Manage and handle RFQs and quotations

• Secure high profile customers by offering a fully integrated logistics solution

• Ensure to have a solid monthly pipeline in place that results in business wins

• Undertake cross-selling activities among the sales departments in the company to expand the logistics services provided to the clients

• Put a dedicated focus on warehouse and distribution sales

• Generate and distribute reports accurately, on time, and in alignment with the position

• Draft and negotiate service contracts with customers in alignment and approval from the direct Manager and top management

• Maintain a very close and respectful relationship with the different departments to ensure overall company success

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or relevant fields

• Good knowledge about the logistics industry

• Customer and service oriented

• Commercial mindset

• Individual and self-disciplined

• Adaptable to different cultures

• Self-motivated

• Presentation skills

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 02 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industry

• Used to work for multinational logistics company is an advantage

• Used to work as a headhunter recruiting for the Manufacturing sector is an advantage
