1. Plan, develop, and drive strategic multi-channel expansion plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
2. Prepare and manage channel visit plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow up.
3. Build relationships with partners, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize/strengthen the overall GTM (Go-To-Market) capabilities and exploring B2B/B2C opportunities.
Develop/brainstorm creative GTM plans and initiatives with internal department and external partners.
5. Understand our consumer and products well and align with partners' strategy across all channels and ensure partners to range-in the products
6. Provide market insights and monitor competition.
7. Product launch planning coordination with Marketing, Sales, and After Sales Team to ensure success in all.
