As an Senior C&B Officer, you will be responsible for daily C&B Operations including Employee data management, on/off boarding procedures, labor contract renewal process, monthly Payroll, Personal Income Tax and Social insurance operations . WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
C&B operations (60%)- Updating and maintaining to keep up to date the Personnel database and to ensure data integrity and accuracy in Workday system.
- Be responsible for the procedures in On/Off boarding process and record personal files
- Labor management & handling procedures related to employees (labor contracts, transfer, appointment, termination of labor contracts...)
- Managing Leave application system, timekeeping, overtime, lock time in PMA
- Take responsibility and answer C&B issues related to salary, benefits and compensation management when necessary
- Be responsible for the monthly HR Metrics reports
Payroll (30%)
- Responsible for monthly payroll, PIT
- Carry out Social insurance operations and resolve regime (sickness, maternity,..)
Others (10%)
- Supporting on developing and implementing C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
- Participating in implementing team’s projects & initiatives
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
