1. Working inside Collections Division to do the planning and budget, HC planning for Collections
2. Propose bonus/service fee schemes, campaigns boosting collections performance
- Track and monitor the performance for new bonus scheme/pay out/ target setting
- Provide data to back-test / Do simulation for new suggestion/scheme/campaign
- Receive recommendations from other departments and propose adjustments related to operating strategy and bonus framework to suit the actual situation of the company
3. Take part in building collection policies, regulations, processes according to SBV regulations and company’s strategies from time to time
4. Review and monitor the implementation of Bonus scheme/Target setting/Allocation
5. Reporting
- Provide collection cost and bonus report when requested
- Prepare material for weekly- monthly meeting
6. Building collection cost model to track and control collection cost
7. Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager
