JOB DUTIES:

• To be able to detect consumer/shopper/channel insights and turn insights into strategic ideas and integrated communication solutions.
• To coordinate with Account team, Creative team to develop proposal.
• To brief creative team and follow up design.
• To develop and present activation/event/IMC proposal to client and convince for the proposal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree level – preferably in Marketing/English major.
• At least 3 year experience in creative/planning/account positions at marketing service (ATL, Digital, BTL) or marketing at FMCG companies;
• Understand different consumer/customer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG category.
• Creative, passionate, smart, good looking, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint (writing and visual), presentation skill and ability to weave ideas into stories.
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
