Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 300 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.

With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Sales Operations

  • Receive and process orders (FBM, AMZ DS, WM DS, AVC WH): confirm PO, confirm shipment, submit ASN, submit invoice
  • Work with warehouse team to create carton label, shipping label and manage last mile delivery
  • Carrier claim: claim money from shipping carrier
  • Dispute chargebacks, fines
  • After Sales operations - Process return items in WH
  • Solving ad-hoc issue during and after order delivery

Customer Service

  • Reply customer‘s concerns, issues, inquiries on different channels
  • Ensure all tasks are done within required timeframe set out by department procedure
  • Process return and refund to customers according to sell channels and company‘s policy
  • Collect, Handle bad reviews from customer

Project Management

  • Meets deadlines, makes sure projects/activities are finished in time, time-management
  • Service Provider
  • Understand the company overall (background, systems,…)
  • Ensure excellent standard of service is provided and maintained
  • Working Time

Job Requirement

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor‘s degree in economics, business administrator or related majors.
  • Around 1 years of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good at Microsoft Excel and proficient in English
  • Be able to work in team and coordinate with other departments
  • Pursue good communications, problem-solving and time-management skills
