I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Work with Sales/ MKT/ Distribution and Product/Innovation team to understand the nature of demand for different product lines and distribution channels/ partners in the dynamic environments of multiple market in the world.
Develop the deep understanding of demand input factors (seasonality as an example, inventory policy as another example) as well as the effect of demand on the downstream factors (inventory, capacity, lead time, cost...). Sensitivity analysis included.
Build the mathematical model for demand forecasting and planning for each of the SKUs.
Develop understanding of replenishment demand, supplier lead time and capacity/throughput and how fast they can react with change in Yes4all demand.
Build and align the PO plan with inventory planning.
Create supply scenarios to prepare reaction plan for each of the demand/supply variation occurs.
Follow up the actual inventory upstream and PO deliver to react with changes.
