Paid Media (80%):

• Monthly planning and setting up campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms to generate orders and acquire customers.

• Daily operating and optimizing campaigns across channels to ensure KPIs are met as predefined.

• Ensuring all advertising best practices are applied across channels.

• Ensuring all linked accounts and channel integrations are well-managed, and effectively implemented across channels.

• Participate in and support the Manager in making marketing plan decisions. Contribute ideas and research the development of new methods.

• Research customer segments and markets to devise effective marketing plans and campaigns.

• Weekly & monthly analyzing metrics, data, signals, insights, and reporting to present connected performance between digital advertising and sales performance.

Data Analytic (20%):

• Managing and implementing Data Visualizations on Looker Studio.

• Analyzing performances, metrics, and resulting actionable insights to move forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or other relevant fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• A team player, and an independent worker.

• Proactive, willing to learn with a growth mindset.
