• Provide full spectrum of HR functions which include Talent Acquisition, salary proposal aligns with market rate, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, talent management, mobility, compensation & benefits and general administration.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and regulations.
• Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices.
• Manage employee relations issues and facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support on the annual compensation reviews, consolidating and reviewing submissions at the regional level, and analysing the overall data.
• Prepare submission to government agencies, such as Social Insurance, Work Pass Application, Sick Leave reimbursement via Government portal and etc.
• Payroll administration and preparation of monthly headcount, age group, staff movement, HR recruitment activities, payroll payouts and salary reports.
• Handling of company insurances (Group Medical Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Fire Insurance).
• Provide secretarial support like travel arrangements, Hotel, calendars, appointments scheduling, claim & etc.
• Organise & support monthly birthday celebration and festival celebrations execution.
• Any other HR related matters assigned. .
